May isang matandang babae na nakapukaw ng attention ko. Ang sabi niya:

Something came upon me by the message of God. Before, when people sacrifice something to God, they offer the best. The best sheep, calf, crops, etc. All the best. Whenever we offer to God, it must be the best. Whatever we do, is our worship to God. If helping to others is our worship to God, GIVE THE BEST OUT OF THE PRODUCT OF YOUR HANDS GUIDED BY GOD.
Maybe iisipin nila, baka na-stock na. Kaya nasira, bumaho, o nabulok. Pero, God gives us new days. To renew us. Why not make every effort to find ways to renew whatever we will offer as help to people? Kaya po ini-inspect ng government authorities 'yung mga relief goods, so that people who need it may have the best. They are used by God to give His people what's best. We are all His creation..His children. May iilan pa rin na pasaway, nagbibigay na, 'yung sira pa. For FORMALITY'S SAKE. Makatulong lang ba. When we give, pero hindi genuine (e.g., sira na pagkain, butas na damit), it's like, we put something in trash. Walang makikinabang.
Kaya minsan, sinasabi nila na kahit hindi bago, basta nagagamit. Okay na 'yun. It's in the GENUINITY OF OUR HEART AND INTENTIONS. As we give with genuine hearts, let's give what's the best. What will benefit people, especially those who needs it the most.As God wants what's best for us, and give what's best for us, sana ganun din ang intention natin sa iba, as children and channels of God. As we have the best, let's give the best. :)

Glory to God above all that we do, it's not about us, but all about Him. May His unfailing love and grace give us a heart of understanding and genuinity. Amen.
